Projects: 1. Client Relationship Management (CRM) system is used by 1500+ business users across the world (New-York, London, Tokyo and Sydney) to track and efficiently manage client issues and to support their trading activities; 2. Data Warehouse is used to consolidate and store trades data from the front-end systems and third-party post-trade pre-settlement systems for the future analysis of the efficiency of the trade life-cycle management. It is also used to calculate, store and aggregate key performance indicators of the trade life-cycle management; 3. Business Intelligence system is used to slice and dice the data stored in the Data Warehouse. It is used to analyze different key performance indicators (KPI, KRI, PRI etc.) through the scorecards and dashboards. It also provides comprehensive reporting functionality for the SRM system; 4. Trades Netting system is used to aggregate trades and do buy side against sell side netting. Netted trades are sent to the third-party system for the settlement. This is to reduce trade settlement costs per client; 5. Fixed Income Trades Settlement system is an Enterprise Service Bus for managing trade flows between front-end, back-end and third-party settlement systems. Project tasks: Coordinating project activities and managing deliverables from the business side; leading a team of 3 analysts; requirements and knowledge management; business requirements analysis; data analysis and data flow modeling; business process modeling; technical analysis; creating functional specifications; communicating requirements to tech team. Other activities: 1. Participation on the pre-sales phase of negotiations with OTP Bank concerning outsourcing perspectives (establishing outsourcing scope and elaborating work plan for the business analysis); 2. Consulting internal teams on the automation of the debt and equity market research processes.

Projects: Research production platform is used to support 500+ business users. It provides the functionality to analyze the equity and debt market data, to collect and analyze financial statements, to automate the process of the creation and publication of the research reports. Project tasks: Business requirements analysis; requirements management; composing functional specifications; change and defect management; communicating requirements to tech team; managing communications with functional team of the customer (London, Frankfurt am Main, New-York and Bangalore).

Projects: 1. Cost accounting in the Department of Metrology. The project scope included the definition of the cost accounting and settlement methodology, and implementation of the specified methodology in the SAP R/3 system using the Controlling (CO) component; 2. Cost accounting in the Department of Rail-Way Transport. The project scope included the definition of the cost accounting, settlement and planning methodology, and implementation of the specified methodology in the SAP R/3 system using the Controlling (CO) and Project System (PS) components; 3. Control and automation of the period-end closing process. The project scope included the implementation of the process-end closing workflows defined by the Department of Accounting Process Optimization in the SAP R/3 system using the SAP Schedule Manager, and support of the period-end closing process in the system; 4. Integration of the SAP Solution Manager. The project scope included the roll-out of the SAP Solution Manager to manage the SAP implementation projects; 5. Human resources management reporting. The project scope included the implementation of cost accounting reports for the Administration of Human Resources and was a part of the program on the implementation of the SAP HR component. Project tasks (SAP CO): Business process analysis; elicitation of the existing cost accounting and planning methodologies; gap and disparity analysis of the existing cost accounting methodology; elaborating the implementation approach of the accounting methodology in the system; composing the Implementation Specification; presentation of the approach to the business (middle and linear management); managing the sign-off process; implementation of the specified approach in the test and QA environment; composing technical requirements for ABAP-developers; training users on the QA environment; maintaining the QA-period system operations; final system customization according to the results of the QA-period; supporting the go-live process; composing user guides; supporting users after the go-live milestone. Project tasks (SAP HR): implementation of expense reports on the human resources; configuration of the interfaces between HR and FI components to load payroll calculation results from the Human Resources to the Financial Accounting; customizing the implementation of the standard HR reporting transactions to accommodate specific reporting requirements. Project tasks (SAP Solution Manager): Exploring the SAP Solution Manager functionality; customizing the standard functionality to accommodate specific project management requirements; maintaining implementation projects; consulting other internal SAP implementation groups on the SAP Solution Manager functionality. Project tasks (SAP Schedule Manager): Maintaining the period-end closing plan in the test environment; processing transport requests from the Department of Accounting Process Optimization; supporting and consulting the Department of Accounting Process Optimization on the Schedule Manager functionality; implementing automation workflows using SAP Workflow; training business users and composing user guides.

Responsibilities: Managing contracts with contractors (maintenance of objects of the social realm); planning and controlling expenditures in the social realm; managing investment orders in the social realm in the SAP R/3 system (PS and CO).

Projects: 1. Order management system for the provider of the logistics services. The system has been used by 5+ users to manage client orders, control the order execution costs and create simple managerial reports with trend analysis capabilities. System was integrated with the 1C system to feed the latter with the accounting-relative data; 2. Order management system for small retail company. The system has been used by 10+ users to manage the client supply orders and monitor their execution. The system was rolled out in 4 branch offices located in one city. The simple reporting functionality was implemented to create consolidated reports. System was integrated with the 1C system to feed the latter with the accounting-relative data; 3. Management information system for a wholesale company. The system has been used by the middle and linear managers of the company to create financial reports on warehouses, suppliers and distributors. System provided the dashboard to monitor different key performance indicators (stock level, number of delayed supply orders, number of delayed distribution orders etc.) and implemented the functionality to define KPI calculation rules. System has been integrated with 1C system to retrieve accounting data required to calculate financial KPIs (book profit per warehouse, expenses per warehouse etc.). Project tasks: Negotiating the project scope and terms; business process analysis and requirements management; composing the Implementation Specification and getting the sign-off from the customer; elaborating the system architecture; implementation of the application logic using the Java Enterprise Edition and XML technologies; managing relationships with the customer during the implementation phase; user training and post-implementation system maintenance.
