1. Data Warehouse is used to consolidate and store trades data from the front-end systems and third-party post-trade pre-settlement systems for the future analysis of the trade lifecycle. Data from the data warehouse is supplied to the IBM Cognos BI;
2. BPM system is used to automate, monitor and analyze client issue resolution workflows (trade valuation and collateral management). Comprehensive reporting functionality is built on top of the system to generate reports on the issue management efficiency.

Projects:
1. Data warehouse is used to consolidate and store trades data (equity market, debt market, money market) for future analysis of the trade life-cycle management efficiency;
2. Business intelligence system is used to report on the efficiency of the operating processes (investment banking operations);
3. Client relationship management system is used world-wide to track the client trading issues. It includes the comprehensive workflow component to manage the issue resolution processes;
4.Trades netting system is used to do the sell-side against the buy-side netting to reduce the trade settlement costs per client;
5. Fixed income trade settlement system is an enterprise service bus used to settle the fixed income instrument trades.

Research production platform is used to support 500+ business users. It provides the functionality to analyze the equity and debt market data, to collect and analyze financial statements, to automate the process of the creation and publication of the research reports.

IT Department, SAP Implementation Office.
1. Implementation of the overhead costs accounting functionality.
2. Integration of the SAP CO to automate the accounting processes, period-end closing and to capture the overhead costs indirectly settled on the produced goods;
3. Implementation of the SAP Solution Manager to allow managing the portfolio of SAP implementation projects from one place, controlling delivery terms and project processes;
4. Implementation of the reports to analyze the HR costs, target employment of the salary and social insurance funds.
