1. Client Relationship Management (CRM) system is used by 1500+ business users across the world (New-York, London, Tokyo and Sydney) to track and efficiently manage client issues and to support their trading activities;
2. Data Warehouse is used to consolidate and store trades data from the front-end systems and third-party post-trade pre-settlement systems for the future analysis of the efficiency of the trade life-cycle management. It is also used to calculate, store and aggregate key performance indicators of the trade life-cycle management;
3. Business Intelligence system is used to slice and dice the data stored in the Data Warehouse. It is used to analyze different key performance indicators (KPI, KRI, PRI etc.) through the scorecards and dashboards. It also provides comprehensive reporting functionality for the SRM system;
4. Trades Netting system is used to aggregate trades and do buy side against sell side netting. Netted trades are sent to the third-party system for the settlement. This is to reduce trade settlement costs per client;
5. Fixed Income Trades Settlement system is an Enterprise Service Bus for managing trade flows between front-end, back-end and third-party settlement systems.

Coordinating project activities and managing deliverables from the business side; leading a team of 3 analysts; requirements and knowledge management; business requirements analysis; data analysis and data flow modeling; business process modeling; technical analysis; creating functional specifications; communicating requirements to tech team.

The project scope included the implementation of the process-end closing workflows defined by the Department of Accounting Process Optimization in the SAP R/3 system using the SAP Schedule Manager, and support of the period-end closing process in the system;
4. Integration of the SAP Solution Manager. The project scope included the roll-out of the SAP Solution Manager to manage the SAP implementation projects;
5. Human resources management reporting. The project scope included the implementation of cost accounting reports for the Administration of Human Resources and was a part of the program on the implementation of the SAP HR component.

2. Order management system for small retail company. The system has been used by 10+ users to manage the client supply orders and monitor their execution. The system was rolled out in 4 branch offices located in one city. The simple reporting functionality was implemented to create consolidated reports. System was integrated with the 1C system to feed the latter with the accounting-relative data;
3. Management information system for a wholesale company. The system has been used by the middle and linear managers of the company to create financial reports on warehouses, suppliers and distributors. System provided the dashboard to monitor different key performance indicators (stock level, number of delayed supply orders, number of delayed distribution orders etc.) and implemented the functionality to define KPI calculation rules. System has been integrated with 1C system to retrieve accounting data required to calculate financial KPIs (book profit per warehouse, expenses per warehouse etc.).
